Easy Tuna Pasta Salad

A delightful and easy-to-make tuna pasta salad featuring a creamy dressing and crispy turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup peas, frozen
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard to create the dressing.
  3. Add the drained tuna, peas, celery, red onion, and turkey bacon to the bowl.
  4. Stir in the cooked macaroni and mix until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
