  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked diced chicken ham
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add cooked rice, turkey bacon, chicken ham, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Place in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
