  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Mix in diced chicken ham, frozen peas, and carrots, followed by seasonings.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread mashed potatoes on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some cheese on top of the mashed potatoes before baking.
