Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm, then add yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the yeast mixture and egg to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
