  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, flour, and salt to the mixture, then knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar mixture over it.
  5. Roll up the dough and cut into rolls.
  6. Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla for the frosting and spread over cooled rolls.
