  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cooked rice, chicken, tzatziki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well to combine.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, add cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in tzatziki sauce for a few hours before baking.
