Dulce de Leche Cloud Mousse

Dulce de Leche Cloud Mousse is a velvety dessert that combines the richness of dulce de leche with the lightness of whipped cream, offering a perfect balance of flavors and texture.

  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. In another bowl, combine the dulce de leche, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Microwave the bloomed gelatin until it’s liquefied, then mix it into the dulce de leche mixture.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the dulce de leche mixture until combined.
  6. Pour the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade dulce de leche.
