  • 4 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in chicken ham and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream, black pepper, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, and crumbled turkey bacon. Mix well.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
