  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken thighs to the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the coconut milk and stir in the tikka masala paste.
  3. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and ginger to the mix.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir in the chopped cilantro before serving.
