  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned beef in the crock pot and add beef broth.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  4. Shred the beef with two forks.
