- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground turkey, onion, and bell pepper; cook until turkey is browned.
- Transfer cooked mixture to a Crock Pot.
