  • 3 tablespoons piri piri sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix the piri piri sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub this mixture all over the chicken and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Place the chicken on a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
