  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, and olive oil.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
