  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Gruyere)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine winter vegetables and olive oil, then mix in the seasonings.
  3. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Pour the heavy cream over the vegetables.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
