A delightful recipe combining creamy white beans with turkey bacon and fresh herbs for a flavorful and healthy dish.

  • 2 cups cooked white beans
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Add cooked white beans, vegetable broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  5. Add chopped turkey bacon back to the skillet and stir.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, use a blender to puree part of the white beans.
