- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups long-grain rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear until golden on both sides.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add rice and stir for a minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and return chicken to the skillet. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, stir in heavy cream, then cover and simmer for another 10 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
