  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear until golden on both sides.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add rice and stir for a minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and return chicken to the skillet. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes, stir in heavy cream, then cover and simmer for another 10 minutes until the rice is tender.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
