  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a baking sheet, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
