  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each bulb of garlic in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop.
  4. In a pot, combine roasted garlic (squeezed from the skins), cream, salt, and pepper. Heat until warmed through.
  5. Stir in chopped turkey bacon and olive oil. Serve warm.
