  • 1 head garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 200 grams chicken ham
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Wrap in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  5. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and sauté.
  6. Once the garlic is roasted, squeeze the cloves into a mixing bowl.
  7. Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper; blend until smooth.
  8. Combine the garlic mixture with turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  9. Serve warm.
