- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste

- In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat, add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
