  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  7. Add the chicken back to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
