  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning; simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet; mix well with sauce.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and creamy.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve hot.

Notes
