  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  5. Stir in the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  6. Add the Cajun seasoning and mix well.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  8. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  9. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing to combine.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with parsley before serving.
