  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in Cajun seasoning and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and mix with the sauce.
  7. Toss in the fettuccine and mix until coated.
  8. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
