- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
