Cream Of Mushroom Soup

A creamy and flavorful soup featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook until soft.
  4. Add chicken ham, thyme, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
