  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the beef roast.
  4. Place the roast in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
