- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced wild mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
