  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add in flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, sprinkle with cinnamon, and roll it tightly.
  7. Slice the rolls and place them in a baking dish. Let them rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and brewed coffee until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.
