  • 200 grams ramen noodles
  • 150 grams turkey bacon, chopped
  • 100 grams chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, coconut milk, and curry paste. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then add chicken ham until heated through.
  4. Add spinach to the broth and stir until wilted.
  5. Serve ramen in bowls, topped with turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions. Squeeze lime juice over the top.
