- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
