  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together sugar and butter until smooth. Add in the egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Roll out the dough, sprinkle with the filling, and roll it up tightly.
  7. Slice the rolled dough into rounds and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. In a separate bowl, make the icing by mixing powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency.
  10. Drizzle icing over the warm cookies before serving.
