Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread

A delicious twist on a classic banana bread with cinnamon roll flavors.

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add flour and mix until just combined.
  6. Swirl in cinnamon and cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing.

  • Best served warm with butter.
