  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple, walnuts, and vanilla extract, and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
