  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and pour the mixture over crust.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set, and let cool completely before serving.
