1 cup wild rice
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, combine wild rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked wild rice, chicken, turkey bacon, peas, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
