  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy and set aside.
  3. Add the chicken and mushrooms to the pan and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  6. Layer the cooked turkey bacon over the puff pastry, followed by the chicken mixture.
  7. Wrap the pastry around the filling and seal the edges.
  8. Brush the top with the beaten egg.
