  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, tzatziki sauce, uncooked rice, and chicken broth.
  3. Add diced cucumbers, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until rice is tender and the casserole is heated through.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a crunchier topping, add additional cheese on top in the last 10 minutes of baking.
