  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice mix

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt and tikka masala spice mix for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté onions until golden brown.
