- 1 cup Riesling wine
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth

- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crisp and set aside.
