- 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package potsticker wrappers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a heaping teaspoon of filling in each potsticker wrapper and seal them tightly.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add potstickers, cooking until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add a splash of water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes.
