  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
