  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Dredge each roll in flour, dip in a mixture of eggs and milk, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let them rest for 5 minutes before removing toothpicks and serving.
