  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread marinara sauce evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Layer mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top of the sauce.
