Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Cut the Italian bread into 1-inch squares without cutting all the way through.
  4. Gently pry apart the bread and brush the garlic butter mixture between the pieces.
  5. Stuff mozzarella cheese into the cuts of the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
