- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
