  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until browned.
  3. Add in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
  4. In a large pot, combine the cooked beef mixture, elbow macaroni, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until the macaroni is tender.
  6. Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
