  • 4 thighs chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions
