- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, melted butter, vanilla, egg, flour, cinnamon, and salt; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes, then let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface, and spread caramel sauce and diced apples on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
