- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
