  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add brown sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until just blended. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool before slicing.
