  • 6 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced turkey bacon and sauté until crispy.
  2. Add the onions and garlic to the pot, cooking until the onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes, chicken ham, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • This soup can be spicy, adjust Cajun seasoning to your preference.
  • For a thicker soup, blend a portion of the soup and mix back in.
